CUDDALORE: In a boiler burst that occurred in a pharmaceuticals concern in SIPCOT Industrial Estate here, three workers suffered severe injuries on Wednesday.
It is learnt that the boiler installed in the company for drying purpose got overheated and exploded, injuring the workers in the vicinity. They are Pankaj Mehta, Pankaj Kishore and Tiwari Mehta, all from West Bengal.
They have been admitted to a private hospital here.
