Power failure at CUSECS 3; second power failure in CUSECS since February 2005
At midnight March 30-31, 2005, a power failure occurred in CUSECS 3. The matter was reported to CUSECS authorities who said that the companies upstream of CUSECS 3 had been alerted, and that no effluents were being pumped. The report appears to be true because there was no perceptible odour at CUSECS 2. Read the earlier story here.
